My professional approach

I have been working with property for more than 15 years as an architect, energy assessor, valuer and construction supervisor. Over the years I have visited countless homes, surveyed many properties, and seen first-hand how many hidden questions and uncertainties can surround a single property.
Fieldwork has always been close to my heart: I like to see a building in person and understand how it works, what condition it is in and what it could become. I believe a home is not just a property, but the place where we can live safely, healthily and comfortably.
That is why my goal is to help make Hungarian homes more liveable, more sustainable and more economical to run.
It is not easy to find someone who looks after another person’s property as conscientiously as if it were their own – and that is exactly what I aim for in every project.
About EcoIngatlan

Created so that you can see clearly

A house or flat can look perfect at first glance — but its real condition only becomes clear through a thorough survey. I support people who are facing an important property decision and want a clear picture from a technical point of view as well.
My philosophy

How I work

I know the world of property from several professional angles – from design through construction supervision, building energy performance and valuation to the practical side of renovation.

I see the whole picture

I know exactly how many things need attention when buying, renovating or building a house or flat — because I know the process from several professions at once.

I am on your side

It matters that you feel safe throughout the process, understand what is happening, and have someone beside you who not only brings expertise but genuinely looks after your interests.

Rational solutions

The most expensive option is not always the best one — the best is what works in the long run, is sustainable and genuinely serves the client’s interests.
